Refund policy
Returns: Due to the hygienic nature of our products, there are no returns or exchanges. We strive to get every order right every time, but sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control. If you receive defective, damaged, or otherwise unsatisfactory merchandise, please contact us immediately and we'll do everything we can to make it right. Given that fragrance is deeply personal and results vary according to body chemistry and personal preference we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to unhappiness with scent.
Shipping: We are not responsible for any delay, theft, or prolonged delivery caused by shipping carriers. Once shipped, all matters of delivery and receipt are beyond our control. The only refunds/exchanges we offer due to carrier error are those afforded to customers who have purchased Route shipping protection to insure their order at the time of checkout. Declining the extra layer of protection means you assume all risk.
