Smoke Hour’s El Diablo
Ingredients
- Glass – Classic rocks glass
- Ice
- Smoked Sea Salt
- Mezcal – 1.75oz
- Lime Juice – 1.0oz
- Crème de Cassis – 0.5oz
- Ginger beer
- Lime wedge
Rub lime along the edge of the rocks glass and run the edge of the glass through the smoked sea salt. Set aside. Add mezcal, lime juice, crème de cassis, and ice into a shaking tin. Shake, strain, and pour into the salt-rimmed glass. Top with ginger beer. Add lime wedge in a shot glass.
